Actor Bill Nighy (who played Phillip in Shaun of the Dead and is a very well known and a very talented British actor) has told The Independent that he will be joining the cast of Harry Potter in HP and the Deathly Hallows, presumably as the Minister of Magic, Rufus Scrimgeour (though his role has not been confirmed). Remember HP and the Half-Blood Prince comes out July 15th, The first part of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is looking at a November 19, 2010 release, with part two coming out July 15, 2011.
