What if Tim Burton Were to Direct a Superman Movie?

Comicbookmovie.com has pondered what a Burton directed Superman movie would look like, apparently in the '90s a film was in the making but it didn't work out (we know how that is, anyone recall a little thing called Ripley's Believe it or Not?). Well, in Burton's addition to the Superman franchise, "Superman Lives" was to star Nicholas Cage (who, by the way, got Johnny Depp his first audition for Nightmare on Elm Street, kick starting Mr. Depp's acting career and steering him away from life as a musician) the main villain was to be Brainiac. You can see what Brianiac was going to look like in this youtube clip from www.timburton.jp (Pictures set to some wonderful Elfman music from Mars Attacks!) :

Are you anticipation Half-Blood Prince as much as I am? Check out http://www.telegraph.co.uk
for a list of 50 facts about the movie! Some that would go nicely on this site include:

– Helena Bonham Carter, who plays Bellatrix Lestrange, appeared in Sweeney Todd with Alan Rickman (Snape) and Timothy Spall (Wormtail).

– Jamie Campbell Bower, who appeared in Sweeney Todd, had hoped to get cast for Half-Blood Prince but instead appears in the Deathly Hallows as the young Gellert Grindelwald.

– Rickman, Spall and Bonham Carter are all set to appear in Tim Burton's forthcoming Alice in Wonderland.

– Bonham Carter and Ralph Fiennes (Voldemort) both provided voices in Wallace & Gromit in the The Curse of the Were-Rabbit. Bonham Carter voiced Lady Campanula Tottington and Fiennes Victor Quartermaine.
