Tim Burton's MoMA Exhibit Opened Today

Today was the opening of Tim Burton's venue at the Museum of Modern Art, if you're in New York go check out his art that's on display, tickets are $20 for adults, $16 for seniors, $12 for students (with ID) and Children 16 and under are free. Last night was a tribute to Tim Burton at the Museum of Modern Art to go along with the opening of his exhibit that opens Nov. 22nd. Tim Burton's MoMA Venue will Go to Australia Next

The Museum of Modern Art is hosting an exhibit containing over 700 pieces of art work by Tim Burton, and will be headed to Australia summer of next year, from June 24 to October 10 at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image in Melbourne. Check out a message from Tim at Theage.com.au.

Museum of Modern Art Offers Tours of Tim Burton's Exhibition

MoMA will conduct tours of Tim Burton's exhibition on select nights after the museum closes. They will include a one-hour VIP group tour of the exhibition and a reserved preferred seat at that night’s Tim Burton film screening. Tim Burton Tour Nights are limited to 25 people per tour. Tickets are $75 per person ($65 for MoMA members), and must be reserved in advance by contacting MoMA Group Services at (212) 708-9685 or groupservices@moma.org. Tickets will go on sale this fall.

A sneak peek at Tim Burton's MoMA exhibit

As reported earlier, Tim Burton will be featured at the Museum of Modern Art, with original burton drawings following his 27 years in film featuring of course Helena and Johnny Depp characters, among others.
Here are a few of the pieces that will be at MoMA:
